I am optimisic only if it is reliable DAO 
I think DAO is a state or sovereignty.This is a syllogism.
If the state is defined as an imaginary community composed of asynchronous trust, financial mechanism, democratic politics, monetary system and working network.
Dao also has these elements.
Dao is the state.
